So these are "healthier" beverages.

Not necessarily healthy on its own. Although, I bet the Aspen Pure water is pretty healthy for you. If healthy beverages are just a market category and not an actual description of the product, then who decided the standards of this market category and what are the standards? I guess a product gets placed according to wherever the manufacturer wants it to get placed. So it all boils down to marketing.
