Locwolf, all very good questions. I wish I knew the answers or that HDVY would at least update shareholders on what this latest development could mean for the company. It must be one possibility that Intel would prefer to settle out of court rather than go thru a lengthy battle. The amount of money to settle is probably insignificant to Intel.

If the Intel interference with the patent somehow scuttled the NEO agreement then HDVY could have some serious damages to claim.

The HDVY ragingbull site is still up but I haven't seen a post there for months.
