Let me get this straight,

Atar is a small company on no ones radar. They have had a couple of update news releases. No contracts or income as of yet.

All of a sudden there's a blanket blitz put out from 2011 information that has nothing to do with todays company.

Then the volume goes thru the roof.

The Company puts out a news release stating that this info was not put out by the company and that the investors should disregard it.

Then to no ones surprise, all these experts show up on the board and say this is going to get halted because something is not right.

Good way for the shorts to stop the bleeding.
