I'm a Blood Orange man personally. The consistency from bottle-to-bottle is fairly wide. It's the same for all Kombuchas because... well... there is live stuff growing in them. Hard to control I guess.

Those are the four main products when they first distribute a minimum order, which I suspect is 48 bottles, or 2 cases. When they winnow it down even further, the main two are Guava and Grapefruit, which must test the most favorably amongst the widest demographics.
