Hi Koman, I apologize for the delay. I checked this message while away with the intention to write back when I got home and just slipped....

1) The next IA is expected in Feb 2017 right? Is that the last IA and then the final comes later?

The next IA is forcasted to be early in the new year based on the Phase II results and type of patient enrolled. So far they have been pretty right on target with the anticipated IA's. This next will be at 75% of events and the final.

2) What led to the rise in SP earlier in April 2016?

I'm not sure, there wasn't really a reason behind the rapid decline in SP from around Sept 2015 - Dec 2015. I think there was a lot of tax loss selling which spooked people who in turn sold. From end of Dec the stock was on a missile from around 1.90 up to 12-13 in April. Once again, I think there was a lot of day traders etc once some big gain percentages hit. No one reason but lots of good reasons to feel comfortable. Well financed, extremely transparent, stage of Phase 3, etc

Take a listen to their conference calls or presentations which are always up to date, this is s very well managed company. I see this slowly escalating as we get closer ending up around 9-12 before final IA. If approved the sky is the limit with incredibly small float and a good pipeline.
