Involuntary Bankruptcy: I have heard the same thing. Nothing is done until it is filed. But the fact is that there are a number of vendor suits for unpaid bills in Franklin County and Licking County courts. I am told, just recently, AT&T cut them off for unpaid telephone bills and FedEx too. And JRJR Networks issued a 8-k last month that said that they are they late in filing their financials to the SEC (and have been notified by the NYSE that they may face delisting), also that the financials they had previously filed were "not reliable" (for quarters ending mar 31 2015, june 30 2015 and sept 30 2015).
