It deserves to be over $2. It's got that much liquid net assets. The company's revenue flat-lined and all of a sudden it dropped from $6+ to 40 cents. So 3x net liquid assets to one-fifth of it. That makes no sense. It was still profitable even if growth stalled. No chance of bankruptcy and smart balance sheet management to reduce debt in times of lower revenue. And now with that recent online store deal we can expect growth to recover.
