I did not average down, still holding a decent chunk. I thought they were toast once they broke .07. This rise has been surprising. Still trying to understand how the convertible debt plays into this move and what lies ahead.

The July lawsuit is not old news to me. First I saw it was here on IB last night as I have not been monitoring. It has nothing to do with SB as it relates to private financers who never received their warrants (and are now expired) or shares yet who were promised an S1 would be filed for share registration. There are many millions of shares from private financing that are not in the float nor am I certain are being counted in the outstanding share count at the moment. It seems the company has failed to file an S1 on behalf of those who partook in the private financings despite agreeing to filing it within a certain timeframe. This goes back to 2013/14 deals.
