DLCR~read your reply to marianothis.Manipulation downward never bodes well for flippers re-sell point,is my experience.Kinda like cheap in cheap out. Those holding for .03-.07-.10-.30-.50+ even a lower .015, do have a thin OS/float, and revenue flow, and a expanding business future, going for the various longs and their price points.I don't think it is in the cards to hope flipper(s) don't ruin the 'run' we still have here. Besides pickings are getting slimmer for them as they are hated by many and nobody wants to feed the upswings because they pull out so fast, killing any decent momentum. Not worth the effort.Flippers just being flippers kill any chart.BUT they can't kill revenue without being exposed. Stock Price manipulation still is a Federal crime.

It is going to take effort by investors as well, to rid DLCR of flippers. Hoping won't get it done
