jimmy667, I think the management had been engaged in talks with several companies. As more trial data released and it is positive, the perspective partner will make a move.
It is just hard to believe that any BP will miss this unfolding opportunity, an opportunity to be part of a multi billion market size.
Look what happened to CPXX...it was sitting under $2 and jumped 300 or 400% over night, then for a couple of week oscillated
in the range of $14-16-17 and finally was bought for $30.

AD market is so huge that would justify triple digits for AVXL, if and when it will be clear: A2-73 works! this is the key to success and dilution talks just a noise that traders use to manipulate the stock price...
The market just for AD is $20 to $30 BILLION.
