Well, first of all a Form D filing, indicating a sale of restricted shares to accredited investors, is not exactly big news.
Second, the stock has been basically trading sideways for quite some time, since the reverse split really. I expect that once the market sees clear signs that HH will be cash flow positive for 2016 (which should come with the Q3 report) the stock will begin to move higher.
Also, the shares have been under pressure from the selling by Cannell Partners, which has been going on for a very long time. Once Cannell finishes selling, the stock will be free to move up.
I am very optimistic here.
Where did you see a target of $6.50? That seems a bit optimistic-- maybe in a couple of years, I could see that as a reasonable price. I am looking for $3 - $3.50 in 2017.
