That's been the plan all along. It was pretty easy to spot, actually, for those of us who have seen the pattern of lies and dilution a few times before. This was a cheap and cheesy one, actually, that developed relatively slowly. Always had that scammy smell, though, especially with all those false forward-looking statements about things that were happening "soon" but never did. It's all over now but the final dumpout and reverse split. They may string it out for the rest of the year or so, or maybe even longer if they can't come up with a new pack of lies any sooner.
