The reporting requirements are much less stringent than those of the exchange listed stocks.

I find it difficult to believe anyone takes anything that Grisaffi seriously.

The rigors of a OTCQB audit are clearly not to the same level of those stocks listed on a exchange.

Let's see how the Lily Li group and the $3.5 million cash infusion works out - I still haven't seen any DD to verify tat the Lily Li group exists.

I have some contacts in Hong Kong and China that can provide some help in this latest Grisaffi nonsense.
