Cool Technologies Inc (WARM)

With higher highs and higher lows since late Aug the TA must be looking good. Its getting close to its 100 day simple moving average. We are also close to having Sept end. I'm not a TA person, so the fundamentals of what happens in Oct are what matter in my mind. There are about 8 million shares that can be diluted after Sept 30. I had hoped we would of had news before that date (and still may Monday). There is also the Oct 11 fairness hearing, which if it goes WARM's way I hope also results in release of good news (not about outcome of hearing, but a business deal held up by it).
I think the TA flippers are not too interested in the stock now that it is in its simmer stage. Its not very liquid so they have difficulty getting in (which can mean difficulty getting out before a large drop). I think they preferred the trading when it was high volume. Right now the price is getting walked up quickly.
