GPRC got suspended by the SEC, that's why they moved this Biochar Now LLC into NOXL instead , imo!

Let's have a closer look into this Co...
They are filing with the SEC for years already (Form D's -> Private Fundraising) and so far they raised close to $4M:

Next step i see here is a Name change at the NVSOS for NOXL and an increase of the A/S to 500M if not a R/S will hit first in order to eliminate the old NOXL shareholders. Not uncommon with Tracy shells, no matter what the current O/S is/was...
