MGT - Barry Honig / Teri Buhl - just some additional information to add courtesy of a post made by shajandr on the MGT forum pointing out how Barry Honig was an investor in scam ticker SPNG and how SPGN unsuccessfully attempted to sue Teri Buhl (and some others)

The lawsuit obviously went no where and a bunch of people ended up Indicted for the SPNG scam.

But for shajandr and anybody else interested I downloaded and saved 2 documents from that Solomon Sharbat lawsuit that go into much more detail about Barry Honig's involvement. In March of 2014 (4 years after originally filing the lawsuit) Solomon Sharbat attempted to file an amended Complaint adding Barry Honig as a defendant in the case after gaining much more information:

As the document above points out, Sharbat had obtained a lot of documents showing that Barry Honig controlled MSB Group Inc in Delaware and provided funds towards the purchase of 20,000,000 SPNG shares from Steven Moskowitz/RM Enterprises which were subsequently sold during the SPNG pump&dump.

The follow exhibit contains a sworn statement from Moskowitz and lots of emails and other correspondence supporting the involvement of Barry Honig in the SPNG scam.

Sharbat also mentions how he had previously done deals with Barry Honig along with Samuel Del Presto/Whalehaven in pump&dump ticker Money4Gold Holding Inc (MFGD) which now trades as USEL and PERF Go-Green Holdings Inc (PGOG)

Samuel Del Presto has been involved in penny stocks for a long time, but recently was named in SEC litigation for teaming up with others to secretly obtain control of substantially all available stock in four microcap companies - BioNeutral Group (BONU), NXT Nutritionals Holdings (NXTH), Mesa Energy Holdings (MSEH), and Clear-Lite Holdings (CLRH) - then manipulating the trading in those stocks so he could dump his holdings at inflated prices
