I've got level 2 from this website. It showed about 28 million shares @ $0.0001 when the market closed and still shows over 12 million now, including a 10,000 share ask from market maker CSTI. Not that any of this means anything. As you say, we will see what happens when the market opens.

It was the only new comment. Not sure if he will carry out with his threat. Triggering an investigation carries the risk of triggering a halt to trading (temporary or permanent), something that would cause concern among most shareholders.

I'm considering contacting the SEC about one of the stocks I own. I don't think they are filing 8Ks. As a shareholder, I've been considering the possible ramifications taking action would have.
