Depends on the news. Do you really think a company that has just won an appeal that would translate into hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue (from the court award alone) over several years would be selling for a penny a share? However, this event is most likely a year from now -- if it happens. By that time the euphorians here will be long gone, vanquished as so many before.
