The particle IS the Solar Cell. The particles are "nano-particles" which I call "pixie dust" that you can sprinkle in a plastic bag with water, place in sunlight and, voila, generate H2 gas. What else is there to understand???? There is the unanswered question, and the one everyone is avoiding in their enthusiasm:

Does the cost of produced Hydrogen (i.e. output) exceed the cost of the amount of pixie dust necessary to produce it (i.e. input)? All the rest is fluff until that is answered and it does not matter if it is a plastic bag or whatever to generate the H2 gas!
