You maybe on to something...if he can't survive without the pitiful amounts of money he is getting from all this dilution it maybe time for the end...a chapter 11 or 7 maybe right around the corner...he would be much better off biting the bullet and issuing the financials...take the hit and maybe the pps "drift" higher...he really needs to SELL to a larger player who can get this technology going...he clearly can't

I hear Kaspersky commercials all the time about data security...where is BVTK in this mix?
