The current bk end date is November. This document says the bank account ruling will happen on Nov 2. I wonder if that is the final bk date. Anyone have an idea?

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Court shall hold a hearing on the Motion on the 2nd day of November, 2016, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., in Courtroom 1402, Richard B. Russell Federal Building, 75 Ted Turner Drive, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.
