ANY ASSERTION THAT NNVC SET OUT TO BE A SCAM IS NOTHING MORE THAN AN UNSUPPORTED ASSUMPTION

We are all entitled to formulate our own opinions but we are not entitled come up with our own facts.

There are NO FACTS to support the case that this was intended to be a scam. There must be easier ways to scam people that what NNVC has gone through. Both Seymour and Diwan have invested a decade or more of their lives in pursuit of a medical discovery that would have saved many lives and billions of dollars of health care costs. This, in and of itself, must be regarded as noble.

I do agree with those who say Diwan and Seymour should have ceased taking salaries until they were able to show real progress. The failure to do so detracts from their nobility score. Yet that score is still positive.

The game is not over yet, but it is late in the 9th inning and the opportunity for a comeback is fading.
