Well neither would I.

But arnt we supposed to believe that they are not rumors and are actually quotes made by Dan over the phone?

I have been told how the rumors are facts and I could call and get the insider info myself if I want it.

I tend to feel that facts are publically announced.
So while I would take a loan for a stock I have inside info on I wouldn't not invest on a rumor.

I think its safe to say that nobody is going to buy the rumors. INCLUDING the people creating them.

Proof is in the volume.
If even 1 person believed the rumors here the volume would be ANYTHING but 0.

I believe Dan has it in him to create a PR good enough to raise the PPS in the near future. But I would expect that if he can produce one that can get the PPS back up around .04 the PR announcing the split will follow within a month.

After all they are going to need shares they don't have available and doing a RS now would drop this into the trips before the split could happen.
They need a little cushion.
Get the PPS around .04 let the split drop it back to .01.
Emerge from the split with a PPS between .1 and .2
Wait a couple weeks and release the pump.
PPS can climb up to around .50 and the dumping will bring it back down to a nickel.

They will score a whole lot of cash since they can dilute without showing it in the filings they never file. If they decide at that point to actually build a mine they could get back to the .50 in a few years.

There is another option I hope he uses (and probably will). The same one Scott was working on.
Forget about SRSR and spin out niostar. That way they can disguise the split as a dividend. Everyone gets 1 share as a dividend for every 20-100 SRSR shares.

Same as a RS since SRSR will become an empty shell and drop to no bid/.0001 but the market wont look at it quite the same. There will be all the "free share" posts trying to convince people that the divi doesn't change the value of SRSR when it actually does. But the PPS wont drop quite as bad as a straight RS would.

In this case Niostar will be the one to dilute it down.

Also in this scenario they could do a JV and nobody would know what they get for the JV.
They can give the partner shares in Niostar prior to their IPO and people wont notice the dilution made by giving away shares that were not in a public market place to begin with.

That would be the best move.
People are allergic to math and wont bother to realize that the JV partner holds a large share of the market cap.

If Dan really wants to help the common shareholder he would announce a buy back.
He could buy back "up to 250M shares" and that would bump the PPS way up.
Granted its a lot of money but they could buy back 10 shares and still be in the "up to" realm.
