Actually never took it any further. At first I thought it was a gag but when I said that anyone whoever bought or sold a security is trying to influence it at which point he got all stupid about it. I don't have the time or desire to start looking into legal trading practices. I posted it as an example of how the smaller investors hands seem to always be tied.
