I have some questions. I realize that Ferris has final say on what news is made public and I have no problem with that, but.
1. Who is responsible for suggesting, actually writing or sending out the P/R's?
2. Is it an individual or Dept?
3. Is one wire service better than others?
4. What is the estimated cost of sending out news of any form?
If any of you can provide me with some answers, it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
