Really reducing outstanding debt? Well, I'd like to see the 10K so we could compare to see if that statement is true, but doubt we ever will. This looks like a last gasp attempt to get the price up so that they have enough spread to sell the remaining shares at a discount as high as the can get before this implodes and dies. It only works if they can find enough new suckers and the old ones hold or buy more.
