Hmm, I would guess then that TGC definitely has not planned to abandon the Cooper...

Their increased working interest should hopefully provide a greater motivation to drill.

What is important to note as well is that NONE of the increased work-in interest came from HENC.
HENC will retain (as far as I know) there interest in the PELS; it is only Perceville selling out to TGC.

Not a bad deal. To my thinking.
