I think I get your point here learning curve - and you make some interesting observations.

I tend to follow several small biotech/biomed companies for similar reasons. Am currently a shareholder in 3 such 'pony' companies, have two others I have withdrawn from for the present but am still watching, and a few others I follow while waiting for a few triggers that would boost my confidence in them enough to place a bet (by analogy - I think the betting odds are too high at the moment).

CVM is one of those 3 companies. Could go bust,.... could be a huge long-term win,... could end up somewhere with a moderate gain or loss before I decide to pull the plug on them.

If Multikine ends up a success in the Phase III trial,... the market for it as a product could be vast & CVM reach the target levels you suggest,... but not until at least 2018 or 2019,...

Could see some short-term price spike IF the Hold is released unexpectedly or if the Arbitration goes well,... but that's not going to get CVM to "$20+" per share on its own.
