I'd like to see a buyout, or anything good for that matter. I'd like to see Marley withdraw the suit, or ANYTHING that may hint at JAMN staying in business. I don't think the delay in the 10Q is to keep the share price down, I think they don't care about the SEC timelines with all that's going on right now. I wish Marley would just drop the suit and just be an investor with the company he started.
