Ronald Herzog. Ryanleclaire.

How has the motions for Cowan done so far as well as all the predictions? Cowan tried to deceive the court with the motion to dismiss. How did the motion for a stay go, or the motion for confidentiality.

The record indicates that Cowan has already plead the parties mediated the case. Maybe TAUG was pissed and fed up with the games Cowan was playing including failing to transfer the work papers.

I bet the claims were laid out in mediation. Cowans motions have been filled with misstatements including that TAUG is current with filings. One can only hope Herzogs affidavit is ripped apart.

Bottom line is Cowan could have mitigated the damages by disclosing when the PCAOB notified them instead of covering it up.

Cowan could have cooperated and turned over the work papers immediately. Herzog and the insurance company could have advanced the ill gotten fees or a reasonable amount of money to assist Tauriga to get current. Herzog knew the rules regarding transferring of work papers, yet even before the lawsuit was filed (according to the account complaint) and Herzog and the insurance company should have facilitated the
return of the work papers. And how about Meyler Cowan and Cole failing to disclose the working relationship with Cherry Bakeart.

These all go to punitive damages and bad faith
