Nrdc92,

Yes, I agree there are a multitude of companies full of potential with no discernible revenue with billion dollar valuations. Many of those companies are biotechs. I think in the world of biotech investing one is more likely to see extremely high valuations where a company has no revenue and often considerable debt and a high cash burn rate. I can't think of another sector of investments where this occurs. Most sectors are at least "show me" what you have and it better work. Biotechs, on the other hand, with high valuations are often unproven requiring clinical trials showing safety and efficacy with the final hurdle of fda approval. The interesting part is that many microcap and small cap unproven biotechs are often acquired by larger companies for many multiples of their prior value. Unfortunately, LWLG does not fit into a similar mold.
The good part is that some very large tech company will SEE the value in LWLG's IP and will pounce when the time is right. The end result is all that matters. The minor gyrations in stock price along the way are meaningless unless you are a day trader.

GATES.
