You mean the part we all know from the new lawsuit in Dan Diego where ARYC has refused to let toxic debt holders convert to common stock in clear violation of EVERYTHING and that they have been DECLARED IN DEFAULT of over $800,000 and that person owns the security interest in EVERY ASSET OF ARYC...........

And that ARYC has nothing and no possible ability to repay that lended (or any of the other $10 million owed and millions and millions more soon to be owed from lawsuits and the IRS.....
