Hi Beth,

Unfortunately, I won't be attending either due to a previous obligation (Roll Tide!). However, I will have some pretty objective/critical boots on the ground to give me an unfiltered report. I'm fairly confident that the majority of shareholders who are going will be armed with criticisms such as yours as nobody has escaped this latest ordeal unscathed.
