NOXL .015 Reinstated NV SOS AS reduced to 100 Mil Adam Tracy shell takeover. Last couple I had of his ran good but then he ended up RSing them. On otcmarkets they have 2016 website(biocharnow.com) listed wonder if this is RM company.
