The price does not move unless it is a board lot (500 shares@ under $1.) or more.
80 shares is just someone either getting rid of the last of their shares. Or most probable in my opinion prompting someone to buy at the ask. It works both ways though rooster

80 shares won't move the price but you can definitely see the trade.

Prices over $1. The board lot is 100 shares
