The Company is in process of acquiring 100% of two operating companies namely under VW Win Century Holdings LTD. They are a Hong Kong registered company focusing on a Sturgeon Theme Park Business, the caviar of which can be used in the high-end cosmetic skin care products, bio technology, and stem cell industries, and Winloto PLC, which is a Cambodian License Lottery and on-line gambling business, with filed licensing opportunities in China, the Philippines and Malaysia.

Anticipated pre-tax profits for these new investment holdings are expected to be in the range of $25.4 million for fiscal year 2017. ($2.7 million + $22.5 million).
