I think it's a number of factors. Perhaps their topical paper persuaded investors who attended ESMAC.

Perhaps Matthias Stief is a big name in Europe, and people are noticing that he joined Ekso Bionics as a managing director.

Less likely but also possible is that it's internal and insiders are buying and we just haven't gotten the announcements quite yet.

In any case, I have a feeling it will be green all day today. Feel free to blink. =)
