Per IR Director:
"The latest S-3/A filing is simply an amendment to the resale registration for the Sio deal back in July. Standard stuff. The active S-3 registration from more than 2 years ago is still in place so I am not sure why investors would be confused.
As for the Maxim Group disclosure statement, I can’t comment on why Maxim decided to put that language in there. Maxim was the banker on the last transaction."
