Cowan's attorneys disclosed settlement figures to Mr. Berman in one phone call!

I guess anyone can sue anyone. You have been stating that Mr. Berman is also suing Seth and Johnny. RICO involves criminal activity and conspiracy. Just a guess here, but the New Jersey complaint states the insurance company, its lawyers and Cowan with trying to extort a low insurance settlement by withholding work papers.

Cowan's responsibility to return Tauriga's work papers is clearly stated by the New Jersey Board of Accountancy. So the question is why did Cowan Gutenski and the insurance company refuse to transfer Tauriga's work papers after they admitted to violating independence rules.
