The reason there is no dilution is because ARYC is refusing to issue shares to the toxic PIPE financier Iconic LLC!!!

Iconic has sued ARYC for breach of contract on August 8th of this year which ARYC's slimy management troika has kept hidden from shareholders!!!

Worse, come December Iconic can start redeeming and selling almost one billion shares from the almost $350K ARYC borrowed from them to settle with their first lawyer that they stiffed!!!

ARYC's slimy unprofessional incompetent management troika is an absolute disgrace!!!

This is truly the twilight zone!!!
