Those are not fat finger trades that you are talking about. Those are MM trades. They know a lot of people in penny stocks use charts. They do a spiked trade to crunch the chart down and make it useless. They usually do that when they intend to walk a stock down slowly and it won't show in the chart.

Today, I believe the bid was lower than .0049. So the sell could have gone in there no problem. And it could have been a buy too. Could have been a MM trade too, but I doubt it.
