ARIO has never issued any fractional shares when they did a reverse split - no one owns any fractional shares - a fractional shareholder is one that owns a fraction or small percentage of the company.

If you had read the 8-Ks filed for the reverse splits you would have known that ARIO has never issued any fractional shares.
