Does anyone know how many shares are Really outstanding. I'm not buying what is shown on my eTrade account. If they in fact do close the ASGE deal, that will dilute this to the max as ASGE investors are to get the equivalent of $.75 per share ASGE to HWAL at time of closing. This equates to over 83 shares of HWAL for 1 share of ASGE.
