Come on Paul,

The auditor will have time tomorrow (that was a month ago)? Office shut down, Big Grow shut down, stock hasn't traded a share in weeks, no revenue, no payments on the debt, no news for months on the move to Colorado or anything else. There is no company, only my 100,000,000 shares of nothing which I can't even dump (no buyers). Why not make it official instead of silently walking away?
