exwannebee, I think we both know that there were TWO arms in Sunrise (and PPHM mentions them both) that yield a RESULT against each other.

The correlation PPH is talking about is that the biomarker yields the same outcome (with hindsight of course this first time but that is how it is established).

End stopping the trial for futility doesn't say ANYTHING about the final outcome (as does EFFICACY). It just says if it is worth to continue or not.

Bavi as latency and late tail separation and we don't know that futility-guidelines PPHM has given and if they have been aiming for an early exit to access biomarker data, knowing very well for the PII that data maturation would lead to stat. sig. overall survival improvement (which is LITERALLY what they have PRed).
