SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Oct 19, 2015) - Sack Lunch Productions, Inc. (OTC PINK: SAKL), a publicly traded entertainment company with operations in event management and film, announced today that it has retained Sadler, Gibb & Associates, LLC (SGA) as its independent auditors. SGA has been retained to audit SAKL and its subsidiaries for the fiscal years ending 2014 and 2015.

SGA is a Salt Lake City, UT-based public accounting firm specializing in delivering audit, tax and advisory services to small and medium-sized publicly traded and private companies. SGA delivers personalized, cost effective, high quality engagements.

Richard Surber, CEO, commented, "I have stated that my intent was to bring SAKL back to fully reporting status with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Hiring SGA is a major and necessary step in bringing SAKL to fully reporting status. SGA is the best fit for SAKL's public accounting needs at this stage of our development. We have a long standing relationship with SGA as auditors for our majority owned subsidiary Green Endeavors, Inc. (OTC PINK: GRNE). Furthermore, they are locally based which is critical in keeping costs down."

Mr. Surber continued, "My team has a big job in front of them. We have hired 4 new staff accountants and 2 outside contractor accountants in effort to meet the workload requirements. Furthermore, we are currently seeking to hire an additional controller level accountant to help us with preparing statements for our newly acquire entities, Springbok Holdings and its subsidiaries. The newly acquired entities reported over $12M in revenues on their 2014 tax returns and appear to be on track to generate about the same in revenues for 2015. We now have a total of 18 subsidiaries. Given the scope of the work, our goal is to file a registration statement as soon as possible, but no later than April 15, 2016."
