NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Josh McCown's (shoulder) timeline for return is 2-4 weeks.
Rather than a broken collarbone as previously reported, RapSheet calls the injury a "painful strain and hairline crack" in McCown's non-throwing shoulder. It sounds like McCown could return sooner than expected, which would be great news for suspended WR Josh Gordon's outlook. The Browns will likely struggle to generate much offense with third-rounder Cody Kessler running the show.
