10 1/2 hours is a lot!! Great you had an eating day off and can get back to the diet tomorrow! Great plan!!

VCEL, a pharmacy stock I am in a little bit, will have a big FDA decision January 3rd and should move up considerably prior to then!! Considering buying more of it next week!!
