And who controls the shell? The shareholders or the man who hyjacked it from the shareholders with his 848M shares out of 8.12B shares (<11%) control?

Wayne Anderson has been operating ultra vires for years. He is just sucking the shareholders dry as long as he can. Ultra vires and doing self-serving conflict of interest deals to take money from shareholders.

Jail time if the regulators could do their job or the shareholders sued his butt.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
