Being in construction for over 30+ years I can assure you that nothing gets completed 4 months early without a client making some sort of demand.

A few weeks....maybe even a month early....can be assessed to favorable weather, vendors, lack of permit issues, etc.

But 4 months would take an all out push from the client to make it happen.....and the reasons better be enough to blow the scheduling of both subcontractors and vendors out of the water and on a fast track.

I can see no other scenario.
